Hi, I’m Alin, a freelance photographer and graphic designer with 25 years of experience in the industry. I set up Studiodaas in 2005 (former SEVENSTUDIO) in the spirit of using my creativity and skills to help others turn their vision into reality.

Formerly a DJ, I happened upon a desktop publishing job at a newspaper where I first discovered graphic design. With the emergence of digital cameras, I quickly realised photography could not only enhance my work, but my life. When my daughter was born in 2006, I became enamoured with the power of photography. Thanks to my newfound muse, I began experimenting with portraiture and fell in love with the ability to capture emotion, atmosphere, and memories, with my camera as my tool. Combining my passion for photography and my experience in graphic design, my wife Dana and I created Studiodaas and never looked back!

My family are incredibly important to me; without my lovely wife Dana, and our two amazing children Anda and Luca, it would be impossible for me to follow my dream.

Despite my change of profession, music is still an integral part of my life. To unwind after a weekend of DJ-ing I would go home and listen to some of my favourite bands: Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Metallica, etc. A method proven to stand the test of time! Aside from music, I enjoy cooking, movies, stand-up comedy, and, of course, spending time with my family.
